About Us

Carol and Gordon Bulloch, proprietors of The DulaigWe have lived here at The Dulaig since November 2007. For us the house was love at first sight and having spent a year updating it we opened to guests in 2009. Since then it has been our absolute delight to be able to welcome people from all over the world to relax with us in our home.

Providing our guests with exceptional hospitality, service, accommodation and food and helping them to get the best out of their trip is our passion.

We are Scots who know Scotland well and we love to share our knowledge with guests, helping to plan trips and routes in this area and further afield.

Experienced hill-walkers, between us we have climbed almost 400 “Munros” (Scottish mountains over 3000 feet high), and though we must admit that our hillwalking has taken a bit of a back seat since we opened The Dulaig we are always delighted to help with suggestions for walking routes, maps etc. You can see a few pictures of some of our our walks and climbs on our Pinterest page "Walking and Climbing in Scotland"

Did I mention that we are also mad-keen gardeners who love people, food . . cats . . hens . . wildlife . . Scotch Malt Whisky . . Runrig . . ceilidh dancing . .etc etc? As past guests will testify, we like to talk and laugh too!

We do hope to welcome you at The Dulaig soon.

Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. We felt at home!
