A great new book of breakfast and brunch recipes has been published  and it includes The Dulaig recipe for potato scones!

Entitled “B&B: The Book of Breakfast and  Brunch” it is by chef Hugo Woolley who, with his wife Pippa, runs the wonderful Woodlands B&B in Padstow (www.woodlands-padstow.co.uk).

Hugo’s book is full of his delicious recipes including Blueberry Pancakes - much loved by our guests. Having seen our guests’ feedback about our tattie scones Hugo asked if he could use our recipe in the book and we were delighted to share it.  The book is available to buy at www.bandbbook.co.uk
